TIR CARNET is an international transport guarantee document for securing customs receivables up to 100,000 euros. It is issued under the international TIR Convention, under the guarantee of the authorized organizations.

The TIR carnet is a book with a hard cover and a corresponding number of pages, called “Volets”. Their number is determined depending on the destination of the cargo, but not less than four.
Transportation under the TIR regime can be carried out through several customs offices of departure and arrival, including in different countries, and their total number cannot be greater than four.
